What was it that drove the creation of the most magnificent structures and cities that beautify the world today? We assert that it was those few enlightened leaders who, with their ingenuity and determination, forged the path to architectural and urbanistic greatness.
Our Origin
History teaches us that every majestic work shares an undeniable truth:

But does such harmony exist in student communities around the world today? Are we ensuring a future that preserves beauty?
A fragmented landscape is emerging in the student world. Future architects, engineers, builders, property developers and artists often evolve independently during their university education, leaving a gap between disciplines to be filled... An unexplored opportunity thus arises: the unification of these disciplines at the student level.
STOA is an organization where future leaders converge at select events to cultivate mutual understanding and highlight the transcendental value of architectural beauty.
Our goal is to create social environments where the brightest young minds in these industries meet and thrive, cultivating formative experiences, lasting connections and promising business opportunities.
FOUNDATIONS: POSITION IN THE INDUSTRY
In simple terms, a building is the result of a duality of forces that converge due to mutual interests. On the one hand, the Creative Arm , made up of disciplines in charge of designing, constructing and engineering the building; and on the other, the Financial Engine , made up of professions that finance, envision and establish regulatory limits.
While these two forces meet at the top of the arc to form a team, at the base they remain isolated for years. This disconnection causes students of these disciplines to rarely interact with their future colleagues, which can lead to poor architecture in the future.
STOA will serve as a nexus at the base of the arch, fostering interdisciplinary exchange of knowledge, friendship, solidarity, collaborative work, values and a deep longing for exquisite beauty.
An ANCIENT Name
In Ancient Greece, a STOA was a public building of great importance, where citizens found a space to voice their ideas, engage in business and cement new relationships; a concept that certainly harmonizes with the principles we embrace.
THE EMBLEM
The Crown and Laurels represent the ancient emblem of Architects and bricklayers in Spain.
The scale symbolizes the balance between art and economy; between beauty and functionality.
Geometry is the guiding principle of beauty and stability. Its essence lies at the heart of our emblem.
The Golden Ratio, present in every masterpiece of art and architecture. We will continue this tradition.
The compass teaches us the relationship between the tool and the master, as well as the importance of laws and precision.
